The £50m GDV mixed-use development will provide 147 newly built one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, with 62 of the 147 homes being allocated to affordable housing and 10,764 sq ft of commercial space, all designed around a public plaza overlooking the Mill Pond and River Roding.
In partnership with Be First London, working on behalf of Barking and Dagenham Council, 62 of the 147 new homes will be affordable housing, with 29 of the affordable apartments being rented units and 33 shared ownership.

On the ground floor of the buildings there are parking bays and cycle storage and planned food and beverage commercial units, workshops and artists’ studios.
